Another Republican Senate Candidate Moves to a House Race.
This news from Ohio, reported in The Rothenberg Political Report will put visions of obstacles falling away into Connecticut Republican heads. A rich Republican, car dealer Tom Ganley, makes way for a former congressman, Rob Portman. Ganley must not be that rich, or maybe it’s that Portman didn’t lose his seat in a bad year. There are variables everywhere. The constant is that a winnable race for the House becomes more attractive when the climb to the Senate grows steeper.
