Brian K. Hill Runs for U.S. Senate as a Republican This Time.
Windsor Republican and Hartford lawyer Brian K. Hill launched his second bid for the United States Senate today. He ran as a write-in candidate in 2010 and garnered 559 votes.
Hill, a veteran, made his announcement, taking a poke at “self-financed millionaire looking for something to do” 2010 Republican nominee Linda McMahon, in this video:

Taking a poke at another Republican is not the way to start out a campaign! Let’s concentrate on poking at the democrats!
The key question will be answered quickly. Can he raise the money required to win the primary and election?
Chris Murphy is raising a lot of money! If Chris Shays and Linda McMahon get in it will be an expensive primary.
Let’s hope Brian can compete in fundraising. He has great credentials, but that won’t mean much if he cannot raise money!
I had the pleasure of meeting Brian. He is a breath of fresh air. He has great vision and great ideas. Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results.
Linda has proved she can not win. Let’s give someone with fresh ideas a chance.
