Bysiewicz Fears the People.

Secretary of the State Susan Bysiewicz declared in January she’s running for attorney general to become “the people’s lawyer.”  Her latest mad gambit reveals she fears the people she would serve.  Bysiewicz is seeking in a gag order to have a judge keep the public from seeing and reading her stunning sworn testimony in response to questions on how she conducts herself in public office.

Bysiewicz has spent the year seeking special treatment.  She’s a public official who brought a public action seeking to advance herself into a public office. The public has an interest in knowing her answers under oath to questions she should have anticipated as “the managing partner” of her office.

The public has a right to know.  Should Bysiewicz convince Superior Court Judge and Russophile Michael Sheldon to abrogate the public’s right in an extraordinary departure from the law, it will not staunch the flow of knowledge from her shambolic performance under oath.  Among its many questions, asked between gasps, will be:  Is your driver your legal researcher or is your legal researcher your driver?  The questions will grow tougher from there.
