McMahon Mailer Tells Voters to Look Behind the Curtains on Health Care Legislation.
Republican United States Senate candidate Linda McMahon tells voters to “look behind the curtains” to learn the shadowy consequences of the health care bill she says Democratic opponent Richard Blumenthal supported. The mailer, aimed at senior citizens (though the two people in the photo with Mrs. McMahon don’t look like seniors), doesn’t use the loaded term “Obamacare” in deep blue Connecticut. Nevertheless, it counts the ways “Washington’s health care plan” calls for changes voters might not like. Those include costs, choice of providers, and range of services.
The brochure includes the obligatory reference to Vietnam, continuing the theme that the popular 5-term attorney general may not be the man voters think he is.
You can see a pdf of it here: McMahon Mailer-Curtain.

And this from the candidate who denied health and pension benefits to her own employees and their families. She then took the money she saved to finance her own campaign (And this mailing). One of the express purpose of the health care reform act is to help protect the public when employers such as the WWE deny them basic heatlth care coverage.
Richard Blumenthal is the hand-selected successor of Christopher Dodd. Dodd has been such a catastrophe for this state and this nation, that the Washington Democratic spending machine pulled the plug on him.
I cannot believe any person in his or her right mind would vote for someone who will obviously continue to pursue the policies of Christopher Dodd.
Dick Blumenthal has given no indication whatsoever that he even knows how to get the nation’s or Connecticut’s economy on track. He does know a lot about suing people. That really ought to help us a lot.
