McMahon Ready to Debate Blumenthal–6 Times.

A confident Republican United States Senate candidate Linda McMahon has accepted six (6) invitations to debate Democratic rival Richard Blumenthal in the general election campaign that begins with tonight.  McMahon has accepted invitations to participate in televised debates from Fox News Sunday, CBS-New York Times, The Connecticut Post, Fox61-Hartford Courant, Norwich Bulletin, and Meet the Press.

The quick acceptance of the invites signals growing confidence within the McMahon campaign that their candidate will benefit from frequent confrontations with the 5 term attorney general, whose lead over the professional wrestling mogul has been shrinking in recent polls.  Blumenthal’s wobbly performance in a televised winter debate against quixotic Democratic challenger Merrick Alpert has emboldened the McMahon team.

What are the criteria on these “debates”? First person to say anything that isn’t obvious loses? 🙂

Wow dan, you’re quite the funny man, aren’t you?

Ever consider doing stand up? No way can you be a worse stand up comedian than a candidate for Congress.
