Red Light Camera Miracle! Dead Baltimore Police Officer Certifies 2,000 Violations.

American Traffic Solutions and its shill non-profit, the National Coalition for Safer Roads, have left a Lazarus-like tale off their talking points. Advocates claim that the photographs taken by the intersection cameras are reviewed by a police officer before a citation is sent to the owner of the motor vehicle. They didn’t say the officer is alive.

In Baltimore, 2,000 drivers received citations that certified a police officer reviewed the ticket. The officer certifying was James Fowler, who died months before the 2,000 violations were levied on drivers.
