Waterbury State’s Attorney John Connelly will leave office on February 1st, a casualty of the federal investigation in the administration of criminal justice in Waterbury. Connelly fell under an unflattering light when he was forced to admit he had taken trips with busy Waterbury defense attorney Martin Minnella.
