Better Than Alimony. Wisconsin Legislator’s Wife Wants Him Recalled.

Alysia Hopper sounds like she’s hoppin’ mad at her estranged husband, Wisconsin Republican state Senator Randy Hopper.  She told protesters opposed to Hopper’s support for changes in collective bargaining laws when they showed up at his marital home that he no longer lives there.  The Fond du Lac legislator has departed for the charms of a 25 year old Senate Republican staffer turned lobbyist, who, the unhappy spouse disclosed, does not live in the district.  Furthermore, Mrs. Hopper will pleased indeed to join her maid in signing a petition recalling her no-account husband from office.
