What a Pisser. Finley to Preside at CCM Conference.

Surly public nuisance James Finley will preside at Wednesday’s 2013 Connecticut Conference of Municipalities Convention and Exposition. Finley created a jarring scene in Hartford’s Max Downtown restaurant and environs this spring that included public urination–an offense that most communities discourage. Finley continues to serve as the highly compensated CEO of CCM, an organization with a notably gelatinous board of directors.

CCM members must be so proud to see where their public funds go.
