Yoiks.  John Edwards came close to being elected vice president in 2004.  His defeat meant we lost out on what would have been the most astonishing memoirs of a Secret Service details.  The HBO adaptation of Game Change may need to purchase the rights to Andrew Young’s The Politician in order to include what’s certain to trump the madness of the John and Elizabeth psycho-drama revealed earlier this month in the bestselling book.

Gawker reports that Young came upon a salacious dvd of Edwards and his videographer, vixen Rielle Hunter.
