Bysiewicz Postpones Press Conference.
Another change in the official schedule of events in Election Day +2 in confused Connecticut. Secretary of the State Susan Bysiewicz has postponed her noon press conference to announce results of the race for governor.

New Haven was 18,600 votes more for Malloy? Come on.
In 2006, New Haven was only +8,300 plurality for dems. Granted, Jodi Rell was a stronger candidate, but New Haven Mayor John DeStephano was the candidate for the Dems.

Tom Foley is prolonging this anguished cat fight.
He should end it by conceding to Dan Malloy. It is the only classy thing to do. Foley has a choice right now. He can exhibit incredible class and gentlemanliness, shake hands, and congratulate Dan Malloy, and be revered forever as a truly good man who gave it a good shot, but lost. Or, he can keep up this mean spirited ugliness, making the whole State of Connecticut look awful, lose anyway, and be forever reviled as a rich whiner and sore loser.
Yes, I know he wasted $10 Million of his own money, so it might be hard to let it go, but he must. He simply must. Mr. Foley, let it go.
Congratulations to Governor Dan Malloy.
Dan Malloy has won.
Tom Foley has lost.
Gentlemen, do the right thing, both of you should put all the hysteria to rest, and move forward.
Do the right thing as leaders.
Malloy should praise Foley for a good, fair fight.
Foley should congratulate Malloy and concede the race.
Dan Malloy is the new Governor-Elect of Connecticut as of Nov. 5, 2010.

b) These “Name + initial” trolls are irritating
