Cloud Wins City Treasurer Nomination on 4th Ballot. Roldan Fades.

City Treasurer Adam Cloud won a 4th ballot victory for a full term at the Democratic nominating convention Thursday night.  Freed of the intimidation and vengeance that characterized party affairs in the Eddie Perez decade, Democratic town committee members dragged the candidates for treasurer through swings and roundabouts in hours of balloting.

On the 4th ballot, Cloud broke out and left competitors Lawrence Davis and state Representative Kelvin Roldan far behind as a night that featured some reversals of fortune ended.
