Court Denies Foley’s Injunction Bid.
A Superior Court judge has denied Republican Tom Foley’s attempt to enjoin rival Michael Fedele’s public financing campaign grant. Fedele will have more than $2 million to spend on his primary campaign in the next four weeks.

Ok, so the SEEC, AG office, and a Judge have all said Fedele/Boughton are in accordance with the law. Can Foley lay off now and run a campaign based on merit?? Maybe the Fedele campaign should take him to court and demand the release of the sealed documents that he promised to the public weeks ago…
This was a desperate and frivolous attempt to take the public focus away from Foley’s statements on his time in the Middle East and his run-ins with the law. Excited for the debate tomorrow!
Superior court judges have a track record of being wrong (like in the Susan Bysiewicz case) so Foley has to appeal this to the State Supreme Court. You Fedele people can whine all you want but the Foley supporters would want him to appeal it and the undecideds could care less about all this election law drama.
The bottom line is the the judge can’t read 9-709(a) and that bad decision on her part must be appealed. You Fedele people know damn well that Fedele would have appealed if he lost and everyone would have expected him to.
Give it a rest. Maybe you “Foley people” should try concentrating on running YOUR campaign and start looking for answers to questions on issues that should be brought out. Instead you are wasting your time and resources in court…

Unlike the Fedele campaign, the Foley campaign has all the answers to all the issues AND plenty of time and resources to slap the SEEC around. It’s about time someone stands up to those bastards who think they have blanket authority to make up election law and change it anytime it suits their needs and political agendas.
The debate was boring. I’m “excited” about what the Supreme Court is going to say about this next week. The SEEC needs to be put in it’s place.
