Evidence Begins in Foley v. Fedele

Foley has called his first witness:  Beth Rotman of the Citizens’ Election Fund. This may take some time, since they are tussling over complicated statutes. They are many ways to run circles around each other with questions and responses.

Update: Foley campaign manager Justin Clark has taken the stand.  He will be cross-examined by Fedele lawyer Bart Halloran.

Update II: Evidence has concluded.
