Grabbing Rungs Up the Ladder.

Next one into the race for the Democratic nomination for comptroller may be Gales Ferry Democratic state Representative Tom Reynolds, serving his third term in the legislature.  The not-for-profit fundraising consultant has made a career of advising others on how to raise, for example, $75,000 in small contributions that would allow him to qualify for the bonanza of public financing.

He has a website at ReynoldsForChange.com.  He’s visited half the Democratic town committees in Connecticut.  He suspended his exploratory campaign in January when Wyman announced she’d run for re-election, but he sounds ready to spring into action.  Comptroller is the only office he’s been interested in and is resuming his intense focus on winning the nomination in May and, if necessary, August.

Check this site for updates on the ambitious adjusting their plans for this year of campaigning.

You’ll know the Republicans are lifeless if a serious, experienced candidate doesn’t emerge for comptroller in the next few days.

Reynolds I supported if Nancy did not announce to run but when she did that was that. Now, She is running with Dan. I like Reynolds and Lembo too. things change
