Mickey Rooney Testifies on Elder Abuse.

Indefatigable 90 year old Mickey Rooney drew attention to the plague of elder abuse when he told his story before Congress on Wednesday.  Rooney, who has a temporary restraining order against his stepson, told of the the deprivations that accompanied his vulnerable state.  Rooney, who began his show business career as a child in vaudeville, spoke with his customary passion, running a gamut of emotions.
