Mike Williams Campaign Declares Early Fundraising Success.

As the conclusion of the 2nd quarter of fundraising approaches its midnight conclusion, Calvin Walsh, manager of Professor Mike Williams’s congressional campaign in Connecticut’s 5th district, writes:

We are on track to hit our first goal. I’m not sure what the others are going to be posting but we are very confident that we are competitive with fundraising.  After announcing just a month and a half ago, Mike will show strong numbers.

The real key here is that Mike Williams announced on May 12th, in 7 weeks the campaign will be posting very strong numbers.  In addition to that, the Williams campaign has been the only campaign out talking to voters on a daily basis.  Williams has and will continue to lead not just the Democrats but the Republicans regarding voter contact, real concrete ideas, and substance.

We are looking forward to the next 12 months as we continue to ramp up our grassroots operation.

Specifics will be available in mid-July though campaigns sometimes volunteer to give up the goods before they are required to file reports with the FEC.
