More Soft Landings

Little evidence of a budget crisis in the Rell administration evacuation plans for Chief of Staff M. Lisa Moody’s subordinates.  Legal counsel Anna “They were there when I gave them to her” Ficeto is expected to head for New Britain and a quiet life by filling at vacancy as a commissioner of the Department of Public Utility Control.  Probably a lot less screaming at DPUC than in Rell’s suite of offices.  Ficeto is a survivor.  She’s picked the last place the lights will be turned off on state government when there’s no money left.
