NRCC: Bernier, Clark, Greenberg, and Wilson-Foley “On the Radar” Together.

The National Republican Congressional Committee made a quadruple announcement today that 5th District aspirants Justin Bernier, Mike Clark, Mark Greenberg, and Lisa Wilson-Foley have been designated as “On the Radar” in the committee’s Young Guns program for identifying promising candidates.

According to the 4 simultaneous announcements, “Specifically, the ‘Young Guns’ program encourages candidates who have proven their ability to meet crucial campaign benchmarks to develop their campaigns further in order to achieve victory on Election Day.”

The 5th Congressional District currently includes all or part of 41 towns. It is subject to reapportionment later this year.  The nominating process will be marked by a party convention next May followed by a primary in August.
