Perez Disciple Considers His Position. Roldan Exits Re-Election Race.

State Representative Kelvin Roldan (D-Hartford) will not pursue a primary bid to win a fourth term. Roldan received no votes at the May party nominating convention. An ally of disgraced former Mayor Eddie Perez, Roldan eked out a victory in a 2010 primary.

Roldan works for the Hartford Board of Education.
