Rowland/Apple Rehab Contract Intermediary Donated $2,950 to Wilson-Foley Bid for Congress.

The lawyer who hired John Rowland as a consultant on behalf of Apple Rehab has been a generous donor to Lisa Wilson-Foley’s congressional campaign. Branford lawyer Christian Shelton has given $2,950 to Wilson-Foley. The Simsbury Republican  is married to nursing home mogul Brian Foley, who Wednesday released a statement claiming he had entered into a consulting agreement with Rowland that ran from October 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012. Rowland was paid $5,000 a month.

The contract, which the Wilson-Foley campaign released Wednesday, was between Rowland and Shelton’s law office. Shelton made six contributions to Wilson-Foley between May 17, 2011 and December 15, 2011.
