Supreme Court Hearing Foley Appeal

The Connecticut Supreme Court is hearing an appeal from the denial of Republican gubernatorial candidate Tom Foley’s action for a temporary restraining order to block rival Michael Fedele from receiving public funds for his campaign.

The justices indicated that they would issue a ruling from the bench today on the TRO.
