Tom Foley’s Bus Runs Aground in Durham

A reader witnessed an usual traffic jam at the busy Durham Fair this weekend.  Seems Republican gubernatorial candidate Tom Foley’s spendiforous campaign barge bus had some trouble navigating a turn off Route 17.  The battle bus ran aground, causing traffic troubles for about 30 minutes as Team Foley tried to figure out how to liberate it from the wedge sloping pavement had caused it to get caught in.

Connecticut campaigns usually aren’t big on big buses.  This may be why.
