The Old State House begins a new lunchtime lecture series Wednesday, June 16th, at noon, with a look at Connecticut’s role in the election of Abraham Lincoln in 1860. The bring-your-own-lunch will feature CCSU professor Dr. Matthew Warshauer. A panel of local notables, including John Droney and Thomas D’Amore, combatants in the epic Lieberman v. Lamont struggle of 2006. Now that was a campaign.
