When Was Your Power Restored? The New Haven Register Wants to Know.

The New Haven Register is collecting information on the restoration of power in the excruciating aftermath of Tropical Storm Irene.  It’s 5 easy questions that could help the suffering and others to detect some patterns.

It would be especially helpful if utility company executives would participate because a restive public and some of their leaders are starting to think sensible local priorities were trumped by people with influence.
