You Can Take the Waterbury Out of the Brochure……

Shhhh, state Senator Sam Caligiuri, the party-endorsed candidate for the 5th congressional district Republican nomination in the August 10th primary, doesn’t want anyone to know he’s from Waterbury.  Cut to the comparison.  On the right is a pre-convention brochure that points out the two-term legislator also served in Waterbury’s local government.  Delegates would have known that.  On the left you’ll find a mailer sent to voters this week with the elimination of the slippery Caligiuri’s Waterbury connection the only change in the opening paragraph.
